I have been with Be Schweiz (formerly Soranus AG) for almost 2 years and I am still as happy as when I started.

I very much appreciate the fact that our company is small but still operates in a highly professional manner. It allows for a personal atmosphere and efficient collaboration. The fact that we all communicate at eye level creates a feeling of respect and trust.

For me, it is very motivating that I can contribute ideas and that these are also appreciated. I also appreciate that Be Switzerland invests in my professional development and offers me opportunities for further training.

Hiring motivated and determined individuals: We will work harder to attract talented and motivated professionals to our team. This includes more effective selection processes, identifying suitable candidates who share our corporate values, and creating an attractive working environment that attracts professionals and motivates them in the long term.

I love to be in nature, at the lake or hiking in the mountains. In this natural environment I can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge my batteries. I also like to travel and find it exciting to discover the world with my 2 (soon to be) teenage kids.
