I’m Christian, I’m 48 years old and I work as a manager at Be Switzerland. From my engineering background, I have remained an IT nerd, although I have now been working in banking for over 20 years. I also enjoy working with different people and often act as a facilitator and coordinator in various teams and projects.
With the years of service of the predecessor company Soranus AG added up, now for over 12 years. So I am definitely no longer a “new joiner”.
The combination of the most diverse disciplines, such as banking, technology and people business. With each new project, these disciplines have to be brought into the optimal balance. This is a new challenge every time, which makes the work varied and exciting.
With the launch of Be Switzerland, we have made some forward-looking adjustments to the organizational model. Now we have to actively implement them in our daily business. I am very pleased that I can play a leading role in this.
There are many. For me, the most important projects are those in which we worked perfectly as a team. That’s when it’s really fun. I’d rather have an impossible project with cool people than a cool project with impossible people😀.
The longer, the more I enjoy passing on my knowledge. At the same time, it’s an opportunity to learn new things myself and to get to know other perspectives. That’s something I would like to do more of.
I spend as much time as possible in the mountains. Combined with lots of sports and nature, this is an ideal balance to everyday life for me. If I then add a good book, the relaxation is perfect.
